Job: Shift Leader

Knowledge and Attitude:

Previous experience (2+ years) in a food and beverage service role, with some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate a team.
Fluent in English language. Candidates with a knowledge of Italian language will be given a priority.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of restaurant operations, including point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and health and safety standards.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
